Projecting

Projecting-BlackLines.RUArchitectural projecting is an up-to-date combination of «beautiful», «comfortable» and «possible» notions expressed in drawings and other project documentation. As any construction should be pleasant to the eye, be comfortable and correspond to construction regulations. And no matter what construction it is: a cottage or a supermarket.

Building begins with the architectural projecting, the architectural projecting — with data collection. Therefore a client has to be interrogated. Architects have to act so to find out what house the client dreams of. By the way constant cooperation with the client at all stages of projecting is the keystone of successful projecting. At the same time the task group of specialists will set to geodesy. In this case geodesy is a complex of operations of examination and measuring of the site where a construction will be erected.

New house building is not always needed. In certain cases it is necessary just to correct slightly floor plan, having dismantled the construction to base beforehand or to fit the construction for other function. While collecting data on such projects the moment when the fate is decided comes: engineering inspection of the construction. Authorized technician will examine, measure, tap every corner of the construction and write something into his notebook. As a result an engineering decision, which determines whether the planned change can be carried out or not, is issued.

After the data are collected, the architect starts the next most creative projecting stage — preparation of sketches. In the course of this work the architect combines the client’s wishes with the site peculiarities and his own creativity. Obtained sketches are submitted for the client’s consideration.

Confirmed sketch becomes the basis for detailed architectural projecting. For the architect it is time for hard work and demonstrating of his al-round engineering abilities. Because it is necessary to calculate the smallest details of the form factor and display them in the drawings. What is form factor? It is detailed description of the form and material of each construction elements as well as their relative position. On the other hand form factor is simply speaking a base, walls and bridgings. Projecting of utilities and engineering projecting fill this frame with necessary equipment. And projecting of utilities provides the construction with all necessary resources: water, electricity, heat, gaseous fuel, air, and communication facilities. Engineering projecting solves the problem of rational allocation of production and household equipment and spatial processes organization.

Constructor project development is the completion phase of comprehensive projecting. At this stage documentation, necessary for the project approval in the state controlling instances and building start, is made.

While comprehensive projecting, which means that all the project works are performed from beginning to end by the same architectural bureau, is carried out, projecting phases go in described above sequence. If the project has to be passed from one bureau to another we are not responsible for the sequence.

In order that we can warrant that building will be performed strictly according to the project there is field supervision. The essence of the field supervision is that the architectural bureau representative supervises building process and provides explanations, recommendations when necessary and can demand strict compliance with the project. But the client decided himself whether he needs field supervision or not.
